Regulators 5th Grade AAU Boys Win Anacortes Tourney

The Bellingham Regulators AAU 5th grade boys' basketball team won its second tournament this year at the Anacortes AAU Bill Taylor Memorial Classic.

Compiling a 14-0 record for the season, the Regulators beat Sedro Woolley 42-26, Lynden 36-34 and Ferndale 38-27 in the championship game.

Darious Powell led all scorers with 18 points.

Other team members are Christian Zamora, Malachi Arnold, Jacob Broschat, Keenan Gray, Aaron Madison, Demek Mitchell, Trazil Lane, Demariouis Lane and Beck Werny. The coaches are Pat Voeut, Chris Whitner and Mike Johnson.
